What you will do

• Collaborate with customers to analyze processes, gather requirements, and create technical specifications for data integrations.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Create documentation including data mappings, API specs, and test plans.
• Lead delivery of integration projects, manage risks, and serve as primary technical contact for customers.
• Write epics and user stories for developers and promote Agile best practices.
• Collaborate with TPMs, engineers, and Client Services for timely launches.

Requirements

• 4+ years in technical product management focused on data and workflow integrations.
• Strong customer-facing experience translating business needs to technical designs.
• Practical experience with APIs (REST, GraphQL), data formats (JSON, XML), and databases; comfortable with SQL.
• Proven delivery skills in prioritization, risk mitigation, and Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s in computer science or related (or equivalent).

Nice to have

• Experience with HRIS/Finance systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle Fusion).
• Experience in higher education or research systems.
• Familiarity with Research/Faculty Information Systems.
• Experience working with AI/LLM capabilities.
