Senior Product Manager (AI): Shaping the hirify.global AI Study Assistant across chat and AI-generated outputs with an accent on AI-native user experiences and learning outcomes. Focus on defining product strategy, optimizing content ingestion, and applying new model capabilities to improve the product at scale.

Location: Must be a resident in the Netherlands and within commutable distance from the Amsterdam office (hybrid: at least 2 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Own the hirify.global AI experience end-to-end, focusing on chat interactions and AI-generated study materials like quizzes and mock exams.
• Define and drive product strategy by identifying opportunities and translating them into features that deliver user value.
• Design AI-native experiences in collaboration with design and engineering to refine AI behavior and context gathering.
• Improve the quality and effectiveness of generated study materials to enhance learning outcomes.
• Optimize content ingestion processes for seamless student uploads of slides, PDFs, and recordings.
• Lead data-driven decision making through experimentation and partner with data science to implement new model capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with consumer products at scale.
• Current residency in the Netherlands.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in working with data and running experiments.
• Solid understanding of modern AI product development, including LLMs, retrieval, evals, and latency/cost trade-offs.
• Systems-thinking mindset for building scalable processes, tools, and frameworks.
• Outcome-focused approach with the ability to prioritize impact over output.
