What you will do

• Define, own, and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for app marketplace, developer interface, and payment solutions.
• Lead product development for alternative app distribution with platform integrations and payment methods.
• Act as main product owner across teams, setting priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering to create actionable requirements and delivery plans.
• Engage stakeholders, gather input, and prioritize based on business goals and user needs.
• Track product KPIs, manage risks, and build product processes like backlog and roadmap updates.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, including leadership roles (CPO, Head of Product, Senior PM, Product Owner)
• Hands-on experience with complex platforms: marketplaces, fintech, payments, developer tools, or infrastructure-heavy products
• Comfortable discussing technical topics and working closely with engineering
• Bring structure, ownership, and predictability without slowing the team
• Responsive, proactive, reliable communication
• Speak good English and Russian
