Salary: €4,931 - €8,395 gross monthly

What you will do

• Lead the development of AI-driven conversational agents and tools for the 18-30 age segment.
• Collaborate with the Conversational AI department to reuse capabilities and align roadmaps for GenAI chatbots.
• Translate customer behavior and performance data into scalable solutions that improve customer experience.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and compliant use of customer data in cooperation with security, privacy, and legal stakeholders.
• Prioritize the initial set of conversational agents based on user experience research.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a DevOps environment for customer-facing digital products.
• Experience with conversational interfaces such as chatbots, virtual assistants, or voice experiences.
• Practical experience with AI products, specifically NLP or Large Language Models (LLM).
• Currently based in the Netherlands.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to build a product backlog from scratch.
