Senior Staff Product Manager - QuickBooks Capital (Fintech)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Salary: $205,500–$278,000 annual base pay, plus cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and end-to-end development of a new lending product for QuickBooks and external customers.
• Develop customer insights and improve targeted offers, application flows, and partner handoffs.
• Establish the product roadmap, goals, initiatives, and prioritization across the full product lifecycle.
• Partner with external firms and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver new financial offerings.
• Analyze product performance, run experiments, and iteratively refine the product strategy.
• Build hirify.globalive, transparent, and trustworthy AI-powered product experiences.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of product management experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Previous experience with lending, payments, or other financial services.
• Experience guiding products from conception through launch and managing the full product lifecycle.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence direct and indirect stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and technical concept evaluation skills.
• Experience integrating AI tools into product management workflows.
