hirify.global is a venture-backed Health-Tech company disrupting the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector with a next-generation drug acquisition platform.

What you will do

  • Nurture relationships with key contacts in Health Plan and TPA communities to increase capability understanding.
  • Drive opportunity growth through Health Plan and TPA channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Develop creative partner enablement strategies and supporting collateral.
  • Facilitate partner meetings and assist with responses to partner-sourced RFPs.
  • Travel 10-15% based on seasonal business needs.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's or 1-3+ years with a Master's degree.
  • Must be based in the United States (implied by US-specific PBM sector and benefit structures).
  • Experience with PBM, Health Plans, payers, TPAs, or brokers is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of PBM pricing and underwriting.
  • Strong poise, presentation, and professional writing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
