What you will do

• Provide pre-sale technical support and resolve product queries for major prospective customers.
• Conduct live product demonstrations via phone, webinar, and face-to-face interactions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to prepare and deliver product training for prospective clients.
• Provide technical expertise and contributions for Request for Proposals (RFPs).
• Analyze and communicate product performance and usability feedback to the Product team.
• Develop and implement advanced deployment strategies for hirify.global products.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer.
• Strong familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Docs, and modern web browsers.
• Location: Must be based in London, England.
