What you will do

• Monitor third-party administrator (TPA) performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Develop systematic claim decisioning rules for service contract administration and adjudication.
• Perform general and directed audits of claim data to identify TPA trends and process gaps.
• Manage claims escalations, investigations, negotiations, and settlement processes.
• Provide technical coverage and procedure support for dealerships and internal hirify.global departments.
• Assist in the operational design and implementation of automated claims processing.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid).
• No visa sponsorship available for this position.
• Proven experience in auto warranty or protection product claims adjudication.
• Strong mechanical knowledge within the automotive service industry.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience.
