Location: Hybrid (Fort Worth, TX); 2 days a week in office

What you will do
- Monitor third-party administrator (TPA) performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Develop systematic claim decisioning rules for service contract administration and adjudication.
- Perform general and directed audits of claim data to identify TPA trends and process gaps.
- Manage claims escalations, investigations, negotiations, and settlement processes.
- Provide technical coverage and procedure support for dealerships and internal departments.
- Assist in the operational design and implementation of automated claims processing.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid).
- No visa sponsorship available for this position.
- Proven experience in auto warranty or protection product claims adjudication.
- Strong mechanical knowledge within the automotive service industry.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
- High School Diploma with 5+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience.
