What you will do

  • Manage data accuracy across the end-to-end billing lifecycle for sustainability-focused customers.
  • Review and audit billing statements to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing.
  • Design, develop, and enhance recurring weekly and monthly reports to deliver actionable business insights.
  • Perform trend analysis to identify patterns, surface risks, and determine root causes of operational variances.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve billing escalations and standardize reporting methodologies.
  • Provide indirect leadership and mentoring to team members to ensure adherence to operational processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in business and data project management (or 5+ years experience in lieu of a degree).
  • Strong experience in financial and operational modeling.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, dashboards, and data visualizations).
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into concise summaries for senior management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
