What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for high-priority benefits enrollment projects and conduct technical studies to recommend technological alternatives.
• Integrate group benefits products with approved TPE technology, managing development and testing schedules to drive quality and participation.
• Conduct technical assessments of new integration requests and evaluate potential technology partners against key criteria.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with enrollment technology companies to ensure best-in-class user experiences.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert for enrollment technology, providing support to cross-functional business and IT teams.
• Present technical findings and recommendations to the Steering Committee for final approval.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Springfield, MA; Boston, MA; or New York, NY
• 7+ years of experience in benefits (worksite, voluntary, or group) with a focus on partner relationship management or technical expertise.
• 3+ years of experience with enrollment platform technology, product integrations, and file feeds/audit.
• High School Diploma.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in voluntary, group, or worksite benefits.
• Experience using Salesforce integrations to support the customer onboarding and enrollment value stream.
• Proven ability to influence and navigate a matrixed organization to reach decisions on requirements and delivery.
