Head of Retention & Monetisation (SaaS): Leading the strategic direction for Activation, CRM, and Monetization squads to build an autonomous retention engine with an accent on behavioral interventions and pricing experimentation. Focus on designing AI-native growth workflows, optimizing NRR/LTV, and implementing a systems-first approach to reduce churn in a high-volume B2B environment.

What you will do
- Architect a "systems-first" retention model, shifting from reactive saves to proactive, behavioral interventions based on data signals.
- Personally design, execute, and analyze the monetization roadmap, focusing on pricing and packaging experiments.
- Lead the GTM organization's AI transformation by building churn-prediction agents and automating personalized re-engagement at scale.
- Partner with Engineering and Data teams to instrument product events that translate user behavior into actionable growth signals.
- Manage and mentor the Activation and CRM squads, setting high standards for experimentation quality and delivery velocity.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in Growth, Lifecycle, or Retention within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of shipping AI-native automations or workflows currently in production.
- Deep fluency in monetization, including value metrics, tier design, and NRR/LTV analysis.
- Expertise in CRM orchestration (HubSpot/Braze), product analytics (Amplitude/Mixpanel), and SQL.
- Strong statistical rigor in cohort analysis, ICE prioritization, and statistical significance.
- Must be based in Europe.
