What you will do

• Define and lead the global product data and telemetry strategy to align data collection with business and learner impact objectives.
• Own the telemetry and event architecture, including pipeline design and instrumentation standards using platforms like Databricks.
• Build and govern scalable product data models to ensure consistency across a multi-product ecosystem.
• Design and deliver trusted data products, dashboards, and metrics frameworks for both internal and external use.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to establish data contracts and consumption layers.
• Lead a high-performing product data team and promote self-service analytics across the organization.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• 5+ years of experience in product data, product analytics, or analytics engineering within SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of implementing product instrumentation and telemetry systems at scale.
• Hands-on expertise with modern data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, modeling, and pipeline development.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing or building high-impact teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude or Pendo.
• Familiarity with AI or machine learning applications for behavioral data.
• Background in EdTech, assistive technology, or mission-driven organizations.
