Location: Hybrid in Livingston, NJ, New York, NY, or Sunnyvale, CA. Remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office. Must be a U.S. person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with export control regulations.
Salary: $135,000 – $198,000

What you will do
- Design and execute engineering hiring strategies aligned with product roadmaps, headcount forecasts, and organizational design.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical recruiters, fostering a collaborative, metrics-driven culture.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior engineering leaders on role calibration, prioritization, and data-informed hiring decisions.
- Own full-funnel recruiting performance, monitoring pipeline health, time-to-fill, quality of hire, and diversity outcomes.
- Personally manage full-cycle recruiting for senior and niche technical roles, such as Staff+ engineers and Directors.
- Optimize recruiting tools, workflows, and structured interview frameworks using Greenhouse and internal dashboards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth cloud, infrastructure, or AI/ML environments.
- 2–4+ years of experience leading and developing recruiting teams, including performance management.
- Proven track record of managing hiring across multiple engineering business units simultaneously.
- Expertise in outbound sourcing strategies, technical assessment design, and high-stakes closing tactics.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and collaboration tools like Slack and Google Workspace.
- Must be a U.S. person for export control compliance.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for deeply technical domains like GPU/AI infrastructure, HPC, or security engineering.
- Prior experience in a pod-based or embedded recruiting model aligned by product domain.
- Experience designing interviewer training and structured interviewing programs.
- Background in hyperscaler-like environments with high hiring velocity.
