• Source top autonomy, robotics, and hardware talent within a highly competitive market.
• Partner closely with founders and engineering leaders to define hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies.
• Generate and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality technical candidates.
• Deliver a holistic and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques including networking, events, and marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on creative sourcing.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical talent in robotics, autonomy, and hardware.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Experience working within fast-growing and rapidly scaling startups.

• Experience hiring for GTM roles (sales, operations, etc.).
