What you will do
- Lead post-sales relationships for high-value enterprise clients, acting as the primary point of contact and advocate.
- Develop tailored success plans and conduct executive business reviews to align solution outcomes with customer objectives.
- Drive contract renewals and manage commercial discussions to maximize retention and expansion.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives.
- Maintain detailed account profiles and health metrics to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead responses to client assessments, RFPs, and due diligence inquiries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or software delivery.
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build strategic relationships in complex organizations.
- Location: Must be based in London, UK to adhere to the hybrid work model.
- Familiarity with AML/Fraud domains and regulatory technology is a strong advantage.
