Location: Remote (Porto/Lisbon area, Portugal). Some in-person meetings as appropriate.

What you will do
- Consistently achieve sales KPIs and targets.
- Conduct outreach to key decision-makers via phone, email, and social media; handle some in-person meetings.
- Present and sell products/services through demos to prospective and existing partners.
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including 100% of inbound leads in CRM.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments and serve as lead contact for partners on commercial activities.
- Provide feedback on industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with proven track record.
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms highly desirable.
- Strong hunter mindset and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Naturally curious with desire for continuous growth.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish or other languages a bonus.
- Experience in beauty and wellness industry.
