What you will do

  • Identify, establish, and manage multiple tech partnerships, bringing together partner GTM teams with hirify.global GTM to create trusted advisor relationships.
  • Drive pipeline for hirify.global by identifying strategic partners like CRMs, marketplaces, portfolio monitoring systems, risk analytics, and virtual data rooms, co-creating new GTM structures and incentives.
  • Manage relationships with Heads of Partnerships, Sales, Account Management in partner organizations to drive partner satisfaction.
  • Optimize go-to-market motion by building compelling demos, partner collateral, and sales tooling for replicable end-to-end sales processes.

Requirements

  • 8-15 years sales, channels, or partnerships experience.
  • Experience generating multi-million USD software vendor partnerships in the fintech ecosystem.
  • Experience at an early-stage venture-backed company (e.g., <100 people).
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Hunger and passion for learning, growth, and leadership.
