TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in London (office Tuesdays-Thursdays, work from home Mondays and Fridays)

What you will do

  • Identify and prioritise new acquisition and distribution channels, build partnerships strategy and validate with experimentation
  • Lead negotiations, deal structuring and end-to-end activations including sponsorships
  • Build operating models for partnerships (in-house vs agency, partner-managed vs self-managed)
  • Hire, manage and develop the partnerships team starting with a Partnerships Manager
  • Establish processes, governance, reporting and embed partnership thinking across marketing
  • Collaborate with CMO, creative team, legal and brand; use AI for prospecting, research and deal modelling

Requirements

  • 7+ years in growth, partnerships, BD or new channel development for consumer brands
  • 2–3+ years leading partnerships or new channels function
  • Strong commercial track record scaling channels, structuring deals (commercial models, integrations, co-marketing)
  • Comfortable modelling channel economics, attribution and ROI
  • Strong network across UK consumer, media, sport, entertainment or fintech
  • Demonstrable use of AI in workflow (research, prospecting, deal modelling)

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, regulated industries or large consumer brands
  • Launching sponsorships (sport, entertainment, media)
  • Affiliate, influencer, embedded finance or B2B2C distribution
  • Background hiring and developing partnerships team
