What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM growth strategy and strategic sales plan for EMEA.
- Provide operational leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage and close high-value deals with enterprise-level clients and partners in the region.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with regulators/government agencies.
- Analyze regional market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with global Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to synchronize sales efforts.
Requirements
- 15+ years of VP-level experience leading GTM efforts and revenue growth in fast-paced tech organizations.
- Proven track record in enterprise-level consultative solution sales and business development.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence in matrixed environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a "builder" approach to driving impact independently.
- Experience in AI or a related industry is highly desirable.
