What you will do

• Develop holistic AI-powered GTM systems for clients in close collaboration with GTM Experts.
• Advise, support, and train clients on system usage and proven best-practice strategies.
• Build internal AI-driven GTM systems to advance company lead generation efforts.
• Maintain thought leadership and continuously develop skills in the evolving AI sales landscape.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building outbound lead generation systems using tools like Instantly, Lemlist, or Smartlead.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Clay.com, including strong skills in building and structuring data tables.
• Experience managing multiple parallel client projects within an agency environment.
• Excellent English skills; proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work autonomously as an "A-player".

• Experience with HubSpot or other professional CRM systems.
