TL;DR

GTM AI Builder (AI/LLM): Designing and developing AI-powered tooling and automation across the GTM stack with an accent on reducing manual operational effort and increasing throughput. Focus on architecting AI-native pipelines for lead scoring, deal enrichment, and building a comprehensive GTM Engineering Platform.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI and automation initiatives across marketing, sales, and support operations.
  • Design and build the GTM Engineering Platform, including AI modules like Pipeline Command Center and Conversion Intelligence.
  • Architect AI-powered pipelines for lead scoring, routing, and deal enrichment.
  • Collaborate with RevOps leadership to translate operational pain points into technical scope and delivery cadence.
  • Prototype and iterate rapidly using LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI) and cloud-native integrations.
  • Set technical direction for GTM tooling and mentor other engineers through code reviews and pairing.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience delivering production software in a product-driven, high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to operate as a senior IC, independently defining scope and owning delivery outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and GTM platform APIs such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Fluency with LLM APIs and experience shipping production-ready AI agents or enrichment pipelines.
  • Proficiency with modern AI development tools like Claude, Cursor, or Lovable.
  • Systems-level thinking to connect GTM processes across the full customer lifecycle.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Nue or other CPQ/subscription billing platforms.
  • Experience with Databricks, Gong API, or Clay.
  • Prior experience working closely with RevOps or Sales Ops functions.
