TL;DR

GTM Engineer (AI/SaaS): Building an automated revenue engine and GTM execution layer on top of HubSpot with an accent on AI agents and scalable outbound systems. Focus on designing production-ready AI agents for research and messaging, optimizing funnel conversion, and integrating advanced GTM tools.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in or able to work from Munich, Mannheim, or Madrid

What you will do

  • Develop the GTM execution layer on top of HubSpot to automate signal monitoring, scoring, routing, and outreach.
  • Build scalable outbound production systems to replace manual prospecting with precision-based account identification and research.
  • Design and deploy AI agents for research, messaging, signal monitoring, forecasting, and coaching.
  • Optimize revenue system conversions across the funnel, improving lead-to-meeting velocity and reply rates.
  • Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI-for-GTM tools such as Clay, Make, Zapier, and n8n.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to rapidly turn growth ideas into production systems.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, or technical RevOps.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL with a portfolio of shipped automations or GTM workflows.
  • Operator-level fluency with the GTM stack: Clay, HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and AI model APIs.
  • Systems thinking approach to revenue engines, including data precision and application governance at scale.
  • English: Fluent (C1) proficiency required.
  • Location: Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Munich, Mannheim, or Madrid.

  • Proficiency in German or Spanish.
