TL;DR

GTM Engineer (AI): Building intelligent systems to amplify Sales and Sales Development effectiveness using Claude-powered automations with an accent on lead process automation and prospecting intelligence. Focus on architecting lead routing, scoring, and prioritization systems to enhance early-stage pipeline generation in enterprise environments.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA). Must be in office at least 25% of the time.

What you will do

  • Lead the development of Claude-powered productivity tooling for prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity creation.
  • Architect intelligent alert systems to notify sales teams of high-intent signals and inbound leads.
  • Build sophisticated automations for lead routing, account research, and personalized outreach sequencing.
  • Design a centralized data architecture aggregating prospect intelligence from web traffic, intent data, and firmographics.
  • Leverage conversational intelligence and engagement data to surface high-performing prospecting patterns.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing to continuously improve lead scoring and routing accuracy.

Requirements

  • Engineering experience building data-driven productivity solutions integrated with AI.
  • Proven track record of deploying automations for lead management and early-stage sales processes.
  • Strong technical proficiency with APIs and experience integrating CRM systems, Github, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience building scalable lead routing and prioritization systems in fast-growth B2B environments.
  • Understanding of inbound/outbound sales motions and behaviors driving top-of-funnel conversion.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA (Hybrid policy: 25%+ office presence).
