hirify.global is recruiting on behalf of a premium concierge medical practice focused on high-end healthcare services.

What you will do

  • Audit and restructure HubSpot database to build AI-driven lead scoring and segmentation models.
  • Design integrated growth architectures across HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LLM automation layers.
  • Develop precision ICP modeling and lookalike targeting systems to attract high-income executives.
  • Build AI-assisted, high-touch outbound outreach systems to expand 1st-degree networks on LinkedIn.
  • Deploy and optimize conversion infrastructure, including premium AI chatbots and LinkedIn-first retargeting systems.
  • Own KPI tracking and reporting for CAC, conversion rates, and lead quality alignment.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in growth systems, AI implementation, or marketing automation.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.
  • Proven track record of building end-to-end lead generation and conversion systems.
  • Strong experience with AI/LLM integration and automation workflows.
  • Experience working with high-end, premium, or service-based businesses.
  • Strict alignment with the USA time zone.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare or high-trust services.
  • Background in strategy consulting, growth equity, or operator roles.
  • Familiarity with high-income/executive customer segments.
  • Ability to balance automation with a high-touch brand experience.
