What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of production AI systems and establish AI/ML guidelines for partners and the organization.
• Drive the AI strategy by exploring and implementing cutting-edge AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Identify market opportunities to align technology with business outcomes using a builder's instinct.
• Collaborate with partners and prospects to conceive AI-driven opportunities to improve business performance.
• Mentor and coach internal and partner teams to enhance their AI capabilities through knowledge sharing and training.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience building and shipping production AI/ML systems.
• Fluency with the modern LLM stack, including frontier models, RAG, vector databases, and agentic frameworks.
• Experience operating in the spec-and-harness model using agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and integrating ML/generative models into web and mobile applications.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in Latin America (LatAm).

Nice to have

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with an AI/ML focus.
• Experience with MCP, graph-based retrieval, or multimodal pipelines.
