What you will do

• Design, implement, test, and support product features and event-driven cloud services in collaboration with product managers.
• Set architectural standards, make key technical decisions, and maintain technical debt backlog.
• Perform hands-on coding (40-60% time), unit testing, and develop fully automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor team members, review pull requests, enforce coding standards, and coordinate squad sprints.
• Represent squad in cross-team discussions and translate product requirements into technical plans.
• Follow secure development practices and collaborate with other teams on service integrations.

Requirements

• Senior or Staff-level experience in software development, especially cloud-native services in multi-region environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent).
• Strong technical leadership through influence, deep DevOps and microservices knowledge in multi-cloud setups.
• Excellent communication to align technical decisions with non-technical stakeholders.
• Agility in context-switching between coding, coordination, and ownership of outcomes.
