Go Backend Developer (OxySERPS): Develop and maintain scalable infrastructure for web scraping solutions handling 60PB+ monthly data traffic with an accent on high-load systems, browser automation, stealth techniques, and AI agents. Focus on owning full development cycle, participating in technical decision-making, and solving real customer problems in a fast-growing early-stage product.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas (3 office days / 2 WFH), WFA options available

Gross salary: 5000 - 7000 EUR/month

What you will do

• Develop systems and solutions that scale with product and customer growth.
• Own full development cycle from research, prototyping to deployment and production.
• Deliver and review technical design, code, and documentation.
• Participate in technical decision-making for early-stage product.
• Work directly with customers to investigate issues and bring insights to team.
• Suggest and contribute to product improvements based on customer problems.

Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience with Go.
• Production experience with Kubernetes for deploying and maintaining services.
• Good grasp of underlying infrastructure beyond application code.
• Desire to work with early-stage growing product and take ownership beyond coding.
• Flexibility with fast-changing priorities and direction.
• Good communication and collaborative mindset for small hybrid team.

Nice to have

• Experience with headless browsers (Playwright, Puppeteer) and web scraping/automation.
• Deep understanding of scraping niche including stealth techniques.
• Familiarity with AI agents and their use with headless browsers.
• Practical experience with MySQL, Kafka, Redis, Grafana, Sentry, ELK.
