What you will do

• Develop backend solutions using Golang, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Memcached, and Elasticsearch.
• Build and own the end-to-end order fulfillment experience, ensuring reliable shipping and tracking.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams with mobile and web engineers to deliver user-facing features.
• Scale platform services to support high-traffic workloads for over 80 million users.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot services using Grafana and Kibana to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• Solid software engineering fundamentals and experience building backend applications.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Proficiency with databases, APIs, and service-based systems.
• Curiosity about distributed systems and architectural trade-offs.
• Must be based in or able to work from Kaunas or Vilnius (Hybrid model).
