TL;DR

Distribution Sales Manager (EMEA): Owns strategic, commercial, and operational relationships with authorized distributors across EMEA, driving indirect revenue growth through engagement, joint business planning, and enablement. Focus on distributor alignment, performance management, pipeline forecasting, and net new account acquisition via distribution channels.

Location: UK Remote (EMEA region focus), Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location, 0-10% travel may be required

What you will do

  • Develop and execute distributor sales plans and strategies to deliver revenue results.
  • Foster sales engagement and cadence between hirify.global and assigned distributor accounts.
  • Enable distributor teams, product managers, and sales reps; manage distribution pipeline and forecast revenue.
  • Meet sales objectives through quota attainment, deal registration, and net new account acquisition.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Manager for coordinated go-to-market execution to MSP customers.
  • Facilitate internal resources for distributor initiatives and demonstrate best practices in incentives and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
  • Ability to manage large projects and processes independently; recognized subject matter expert.
  • Knowledge of distribution BI, vendor initiatives, incentive programs, and hirify.global Suite (Security, RMM, PSA, CPQ, BDR, etc.).
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and executive relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of two-tier distribution models and value proposition to direct sales.

  • Experience in IT infrastructure, documentation, managed services.
