What you will do
- Define and drive the regional strategy for North East England, including segmentation, territory mapping, and prioritizing key accounts.
- Build strategic executive relationships with education authorities, municipal leaders, and school executives.
- Lead full-cycle acquisition and growth of strategic accounts, aligning executive sponsors and budget owners.
- Lead with consultative, framework-led sales, using methodologies like MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and capture outcomes.
- Build a trusted partner network and visible presence to accelerate adoption and shape the inclusion agenda.
Requirements
- Extensive B2B enterprise experience in creating and closing multi-stakeholder deals.
- Ability to build credibility and earn trust from C-suite to school leaders.
- Ability to build the regional GTM strategy and turn it into an operating rhythm.
- Experience running structured discovery and building quantified ROI cases.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with methodologies such as MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger.
