TL;DR

Sr. Strategic ABx Manager, Key Accounts (SaaS): Designing and executing bespoke 1:1 and 1:few ABx initiatives for the top 25 key accounts with an accent on signal-based strategy and revenue orchestration. Focus on leveraging intent data to drive new business, land and expand, and elevating executive engagement.

Location: Hybrid in Bellevue (WA), Chicago (IL), or Toronto (Canada)

Salary: $160,000 — $220,000 USD / $140,000 — $192,500 CAD

What you will do

  • Design and execute bespoke 1:1 ABx playbooks focused on business value to land net new logos and accelerate cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Orchestrate cohesive customer journeys by integrating high-touch executive events, digital touchpoints, and strategic partner co-marketing.
  • Establish the blueprint for Key Account Growth by defining scalable pre/during/post processes and identifying persona gaps.
  • Analyze program performance and ROI utilizing the revenue martech stack to prioritize 1:1 vs 1:few activations.
  • Build trusting relationships with Field Marketing, Strategic Sales, and partners like AWS and GSIs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in ABM, Enterprise Marketing, or Growth roles within B2B SaaS.
  • Expert-level proficiency with 6sense, Clay, Salesforce, Marketo, GA4, and Tableau.
  • Proven ability to align senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Bellevue, Chicago, or Toronto.

Nice to have

  • ITSMA or Demandbase certifications.
