Salary: $56,000 USD - $77,000 USD

What you will do

• Assist teams with problem-solving and failure analysis using engineering tools
• Support product development from concept to production, providing technical assistance to internal and external customers
• Develop capable, cost-effective manufacturing and assembly processes concurrent with product design
• Interact with Marketing, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Designers, Purchasing, and suppliers to meet customer specifications
• Participate in Design Reviews, DFM, and DFA for new products
• Resolve multiple complex engineering problems in a multi-team environment and present project updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
• Prior Co-op/Internship experience in product development strongly preferred
• Experience with 3-D modeling software
• Exposure to Failure Analysis, FEA, FMEA, DOE, DFMA
• Knowledge of engineering principles (fluid, mechanical, thermal), GD&T, tolerance stack-ups
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
• Strong collaborative, prioritization, and communication skills
