Salary: $110K–$140K base + equity

What you will do

• Map user journeys, identify friction points, and monitor feedback from reviews, support, and research.
• Drive bug triage and resolution with Engineering.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of growth features like landing pages and compliance tools.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality experiences balancing speed and trust.
• Contribute to A/B testing, funnel analysis, and experiment design.
• Translate customer problems into hypotheses, requirements, and roadmap priorities; coordinate with China-based Engineering team.

Requirements

• Flex working hours to maintain 3–4 hours daily overlap with China business hours
• Exceptionally structured thinker who breaks down complex problems and communicates precisely.
• Strong customer empathy, developing product/UX instincts, and data-driven approach to hypotheses.
• Thrives in ambiguity, moves fast with rigor; 2–3 years in consulting (MBB equiv.), product management, or ops.

Nice to have

• Chinese (Mandarin) language skills.
