What you will do
- Organize and execute training for sales forces and retail partners via webinars, regional sessions, and field roadshows.
- Develop and maintain training materials and conduct on-the-floor coaching for sales staff.
- Design and manage in-store activations in collaboration with agencies, KAMs, and product marketing teams.
- Organize B2B trade shows, sales conventions, and B2C events.
- Manage budgets and track KPIs for training, activation, and event performance.
Requirements
- Master's degree in business, marketing, sales, or training.
- 2 years of experience in retail training, field sales, or trade marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the French retail landscape and home appliances sector.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Must be based in Paris to support a hybrid office schedule (3 days per week).
