Location: Hybrid work option; must be able to travel to Toronto office when requested and currently residing in Canada, legally entitled to work in Canada. Occasional travel required.
Salary: $66,000–$81,000

What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with instructors, training institutions, and stakeholders to support program adoption and sustainability.
- Identify business development opportunities and steward high-performing partners for engagement and retention.
- Oversee program quality, enforce standards, resolve complaints, and use AI tools for efficient oversight.
- Analyze data from CRM and analytics to provide insights on network performance, growth, and risks.
- Coordinate regional program implementation, events, and updates in alignment with national standards.
- Collaborate internally, share field insights, and act as liaison between external network and teams.
Requirements
- Degree, diploma, or certificate in business, health science, or related field (equivalent education/experience considered)
- 3+ years in project/program management, relationship management, customer service, or business development
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative, and communication (written/verbal).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM like Salesforce; comfort with digital/AI tools.
- Strong judgment, critical thinking, and ability to influence in matrixed, remote teams.
- Knowledge of provincial healthcare systems, resuscitation training, or healthcare field as asset.
Nice to have
- Instructor certification or other instructional experience.
- Certificate/training in adult education.
- Experience in not-for-profit sector.
- French/English bilingualism.
- Understanding of basic medical terminology and life support equipment.
