What you will do

• Develop project plans, timelines, scopes, strategies, and allocate resources and budgets.
• Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, risks, and facilitate meetings.
• Ensure quality control through processes, audits, and continuous improvements.
• Handle budget tracking, resource optimization, and financial reporting.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, contingency planning, and post-project evaluations.
• Manage team by setting goals, providing feedback, fostering collaboration, and developing training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field with at least 5 years experience, including 2+ years as a people manager.
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Asana, Trello.
• Experience with digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, SEM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinking with test-and-learn approach to improvements.
• End-to-end project management from initiation to completion.
