What you will do

• Manage project financials, scope, and schedules to ensure timely delivery for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Lead client-facing Outcomes and Business Objectives sessions to define and track success metrics and measurable goals.
• Own user story creation and lead grooming sessions in collaboration with Solution Architects to ensure requirements are traceable.
• Execute the role of Agile Scrum Master, guiding the software development lifecycle (SDLC) process for product delivery.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test plans, defect tracking, and resolution driving.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, focusing on building strong professional relationships.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario only).
• 5+ years of project management experience with packaged software or custom development on the Salesforce Platform.
• Proven experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Expertise in applying Agile approaches and serving as a scrum leader.
• Certified Salesforce.com Admin with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Experience with project estimation, sizing, and SOW/Change Order contracting.

Nice to have

• Hybrid background with experience as a Solution Architect, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management.
