Salary: $100,000 – $180,000

What you will do

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across highly interdependent hardware and software workstreams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, technical roadmaps, and allocation of resources.
• Identify potential project challenges early and proactively devise risk mitigation strategies.
• Define execution strategies by incorporating deep understanding of customer needs.
• Prepare and present progress reports on key initiatives to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with essential partners and suppliers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in deep tech or building technically rigorous, complex systems.
• 2+ years of experience as a Program Manager leading teams to ship products to market iteratively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience with project planning tools such as Jira.
• Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous environments and prioritize multiple simultaneous initiatives.
• Location: Based in Vancouver (onsite)

Nice to have

• Experience with autonomous mobile robots or self-driving vehicles.
• Knowledge of electronics, sensors, firmware, and communication protocols.
• Experience with mechanical design, CAD, and DFM principles.
• Ability to write code, preferably in C++.
• Understanding of modern AI/ML systems and experience with data pipelines or model evaluation.
