What you will do

• Own development and management of all new business proposal materials and full RFP lifecycle from intake to submission.
• Conduct post-submission debriefs, track outcomes, and feed insights into marketing and business units.
• Maintain single source of truth for global sales collateral including service descriptions, case studies, and team bios.
• Customize brand storytelling, develop pitch decks and executive summaries for high-value leads.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across operations, compliance, actuarial, and client service teams to shape solutions.
• Track opportunity sources, develop marketplace intel reports, and monitor competitive positioning.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience creating RFPs in professional/financial services industry
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent writing and editorial abilities
• Ability to translate complex actuarial, regulatory, and risk-financing concepts into executive-level business cases
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and time zones
• Proficiency in CRM architecture (HubSpot preferred) and pipeline data interpretation
• Basic capability in information design (PowerPoint/Canva)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of captive insurance or related financial services
• Familiarity with AI tools for copywriting, content generation, and research
• Experience with project management software (ClickUp, Loopio)
• Familiarity with regulatory and operational environments
• Multilingual writing skills (e.g., English, French, German, Italian)
