Location: Hybrid role based in Denver, CO (expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week)

Salary: $100,000 to $130,000

What you will do

• Optimize and scale the Salesforce platform for better performance, usability, and business outcomes
• Translate business needs into configurations, automation, and solutions that simplify workflows
• Strengthen data quality, reporting, and dashboards for improved insights and decision-making
• Lead release management, testing, and deployments to enhance stability and reduce risk
• Identify enhancements using new Salesforce capabilities, tools, and process improvements
• Serve as trusted advisor to stakeholders, resolve complex issues, and mentor junior administrators

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in complex or enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, security, automation tools, and data management
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into scalable solutions
• Proven ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and controls for visibility and data integrity
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification
• Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or enterprise integrations
• Familiarity with agile delivery and SaaS environments
