What you will do

• Coordinate approval and execution of transactions across structures based in the USA, Jersey, and Luxembourg.
• Act as a primary liaison for client transactional teams, external legal counsel, and internal hirify.global teams.
• Manage time-critical AML and compliance requests, ensuring accurate regulatory filings.
• Maintain Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates, and deliver training on transaction processes.
• Supervise and coach junior team members, participating in the appraisal process.
• Collaborate with the Banking Team to coordinate the opening of client transactional accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Demonstrable experience in financial services, ideally in fund or corporate administration.
• Technical knowledge of multi-jurisdictional structures and financial regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in managing complex client relationships and stakeholder communication.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues.
• Must be based in the USA
