Location: Must be based in the US and operate within Eastern and Central time zones to support the Midwest Region.

Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform thorough review and analysis of borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets prior to underwriting.
• Assemble and verify complete loan packages and required documentation.
• Prepare loan approval summaries (Forms 1008 and 1003) and coordinate with Loan Originators and Underwriters.
• Ensure compliance with mortgage-related regulations including RESPA, TIL, HMDA, and Reg B.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to obtain property surveys, flood certificates, and title commitments.
• Manage the loan pipeline and maintain detailed communication logs within established turnaround times.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ residential mortgage processing experience.
• Experience with Encompass.
• Working knowledge of RESPA, Regulation Z, and Regulation B requirements.
• Proficiency with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows.
• Strong math, analytical, and time management skills.
