What you will do

• Answer incoming phone inquiries regarding account information, contributions, withdrawals, and tax questions.
• Process financial transactions upon request from callers.
• Explain investment returns in relation to the economic environment following FINRA and SEC guidelines.
• Assist participants in navigating the automated voice response system and the company website.
• Generate disbursement quotes and participate in training sessions.

Requirements

• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Associate degree in business or related field preferred, or 2-3 years of additional related experience.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
