What you will do

• Manage client requests and account maintenance with professional and courteous service.
• Process account documents and resolve complex issues related to transactions and suspicious activity.
• Assist in crafting comprehensive financial plans for existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate client mailings, communications, and events.
• Facilitate the transfer of client funds and securities.
• Ensure strict adherence to branch, firm, and regulatory compliance policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to perform semi-advanced math with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Capacity to handle multiple competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Desire to obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 66/63/65 certifications.
