Member Consultant II (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA (Lake City and Tukwila). Reliable transportation is required.

Salary: $26.00 – $32.12 per hour

What you will do

• Provide exceptional member experience and sales consultation for business services, consumer lending, and deposit servicing.
• Identify, diagnose, and address members' consumer financial needs, referring them to specialized services when necessary.
• Sign loan and line documents originating from call centers to ensure member needs are fulfilled.
• Assist the community with financial wellness, including budgeting and debt management education.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in specialized financial services and credit union products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• Ability to successfully complete a 12-week in-house training program.
• Proficiency in learning new systems and navigating multiple programs simultaneously.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including required Saturdays (8:45 am – 1:15 pm).

Nice to have

• Spanish language fluency.
• One year of experience working within a financial institution.
• Thorough understanding of sales pipeline management.
