What you will do

• Acquire Mid-Market new logo accounts in assigned territory to meet monthly sales quota.
• Build and maintain pipeline via prospecting, lead follow-up, and product demos.
• Educate customers on hirify.global’s product suite to strengthen their human firewall.
• Understand buying needs, decision makers, and roadblocks to shorten sales cycles.
• Negotiate subscription levels, multi-year deals, and pricing to maximize ARR.
• Maintain sales records in Salesforce and collaborate with channel reps.

Requirements

• Fluent in German
• 2-3 years experience selling to Mid-Market sized businesses
• Bachelor Degree or higher education equivalent, desirable
• Familiarity with IT, Security or Cybersecurity industry, desirable
• Experience with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office (Word, Excel), web browsers
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Stats driven, motivated self-starter with strong teamwork skills
• Able to work with minimum supervision
