What you will do

• Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting and qualification through to closing with full quota accountability.
• Manage pipeline and forecasting using MEDDPICC methodology and tools like Salesforce, Clari, and Gong.
• Build and influence executive relationships with CxO, security leaders, and procurement teams.
• Collaborate with Solution Sales Specialists and internal teams to penetrate new accounts and co-sell portfolio solutions.
• Drive collaboration with channel partners, GSIs, and hyperscalers to extend market reach.
• Develop and execute comprehensive territory strategies and account plans for key targets.

Requirements

• Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
• Deep familiarity with identity security, PAM, IAM, and Zero Trust principles.
• Experience working with channel partners, cloud providers, and GSIs to accelerate GTM execution.
• Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
• Experience using Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and Demandbase.
• Must be based in Poland.
