Senior Manager, SMB Sales & Sales Development (SaaS/Cybersecurity): Lead North America-based team of AEs and BDRs responsible for pipeline creation and revenue generation from small businesses with an accent on coaching, forecasting, and team scaling. Location: Hybrid - Denver, CO. North America-based team.
Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 USD (base pay) + commission

What you will do
- Build and develop team of AEs and BDRs at various career stages, from outbound sales to full-cycle deals
- Create coaching culture for skill development, faster ramps, and quota attainment
- Own North America SMB team performance, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and attainment
- Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations for lead conversion, territory expansion, and whitespace identification
- Partner with Talent Acquisition for hiring, onboarding, and retaining sales talent
- Refine BDR-to-AE handoff processes and use data analytics for coaching and resource decisions
Requirements
- Proven success managing quota-carrying AEs and BDRs/SDRs in SaaS/software with team attainment results
- Strong coaching skills: 1:1s, call reviews, pipeline inspections, improvement plans
- Fluency in Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator; drive tool adoption
- Strong forecasting, risk identification, pipeline communication to leadership
- Experience hiring/onboarding sales talent across levels with retention track record
- Data-driven style: reports, trends, insights to actions; customer-centric consultative selling
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity, IAM, or adjacent SaaS
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales frameworks
- Scaling sales teams during company growth/transformation
- Using AI tools for productivity, coaching, forecasting
