What you will do

• Design and deliver accurate Workday reports and dashboards for Core HCM and related modules.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into meaningful HR analytics.
• Enhance global reporting capabilities and support improvements during Workday releases.
• Proactively identify data inconsistencies and contribute to quality improvement solutions.
• Validate external HR reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and driving HR Workday reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR reporting, HRIS, or workforce data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with advanced Workday reporting (composite, matrix, calculated fields, dashboards).
• Strong data validation and testing mindset with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with external HR reporting frameworks such as GRI, CSRD, or SEC.
• Experience with analytical tools including SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
