What you will do

  • Serve as the Workday functional lead for Reporting and People Analytics, owning the design and maintenance of the core reporting layer.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Build and maintain core recurring reports including headcount, attrition, time-to-fill, and comp ratios.
  • Design Workday dashboards and scorecards to enable manager self-service and reduce ad hoc requests.
  • Establish data quality monitoring processes and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the Integrations Architect to ensure data is structured correctly for reporting.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, People Analytics, or HRIS reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday reporting configuration, including custom reports, BIRT, composite reports, and calculated fields.
  • Strong understanding of HR data domains (compensation, talent acquisition, performance, etc.).
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with Workday integrations and data flow between systems.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the New York City office.
